- Remote by default. A video call to start, then clear written updates. We don't need to visit your premises or pull you into long meetings.
- People stay in charge. The AI features we build draft and suggest. People decide. Nothing important goes to your customers without a person checking it.
- Honest AI. Assistants say they're AI, answer only from your approved content, and say “I don't know” when they don't.
